Description of Service VedaX provides publicly accessible information about websites, including but not limited to theme identification, active plugins, and hosting infrastructure analysis (“Fingerprinting”). The Service operates solely by analyzing publicly available source code, HTTP headers, and client-side asset footprints.

3. Authorized Use & Acceptable Behavior You agree to use VedaX only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You explicitly agree not to:

• Use the Service to perform unauthorized security vulnerability assessments or facilitate malicious exploits.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe infrastructure boundaries, or overload the Service through automated script abuse or denial-of-service attempts.
• Represent that VedaX provides non-public administrative data, access credentials, or private internal server logs.

4. Accuracy and Limitations of Data VedaX compiles results using surface-level digital signatures and heuristic fingerprinting. Because web configurations, caching layers, and security proxies vary across environments:

• Results are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without guarantees of 100% accuracy or completeness.
• Omissions or false positives may occur if a site uses custom obfuscation, asset-minification, or security hardening plugins.
• Fingerprint detection does not constitute a full security audit or penetration test.

5. Third-Party Websites and Trademarks VedaX is an independent analysis tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with WordPress, the WordPress Foundation, or any third-party theme or plugin developers mentioned in scan results. All trademarks, service marks, and company names cited during a scan remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, VedaX and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or the information generated by a site scan.

7. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
